Within WPT1 responsible partner for the package – Albanian Institute of transport has developed consolidated Report on current state of the art of ICT tools in involved ports with contribution of all partners. 

Partners provided their data on the current state of the art that included existing infrastructure, bottlenecks, demands and possibilities for further upgrades.

Main conclusion is that better infrastructure and better market conditions would create the preconditions for better transport connectivity, which is crucial for development. Investments in the infrastructure must also be followed by investments in different means of informing, application support, and supporting technologies which is why the EFINTIS project is very significant for the partners.
